All three Co & Sons plans include access to every platform module. What differs is the throughput capacity, the number of environments, the SLA level, and the degree of hands-on support you receive. Is there a free trial before I commit?
Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with full access to all modules at the capacity level of your chosen tier. No credit card is required to start the trial.
What happens if I exceed my monthly request limit?
On the Start and Scale tiers, requests beyond your monthly allowance are charged at €0.80 per additional 100,000 requests. We send usage alerts at 70% and 90% of your limit so you are never surprised by an overage charge.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated to the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for changing plans.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Annual billing is available on all plans at a 15% discount versus the monthly rate. Contact us at [email protected] to switch to annual billing or to discuss a custom arrangement for multi-year commitments.
